Welcome to Tiremate Limited (“Tiremate”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.


1. General

  • Tiremate operates as a tyre retailer within New Zealand.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract in New Zealand.
  • Tiremate reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Tiremate.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in NZD and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the methods provided on the website.
  • Tiremate reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Mobile Tyre Services

  • We currently provide tyre delivery and mobile tyre fitting services within the Auckland region only.

Delivery & Service Schedule

  • Standard tyre delivery and mobile fitting services are carried out on Saturdays.
  • Customers may request an alternative service time by contacting tirematenz@gmail.com. Availability is subject to scheduling and additional charges may apply.

Delivery Only

  • Tyres are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Customers may request unattended delivery; however, TireMate is not responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has been completed.

Mobile Tyre Fitting & Balancing

  • Where selected at checkout, tyres will be delivered, fitted, and balanced at the customer’s chosen location using our mobile tyre fitting service.
  • Customers must ensure:
  • Safe and reasonable access to the vehicle
  • A solid, level surface suitable for work
  • Availability of locking wheel nut keys where applicable
  • If the mobile fitting service cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, or missing equipment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Tiremate offers a 30-day return policy. Customers are responsible for checking tyre specifications before ordering.
  • A handling and restocking fee may apply.
  • Manufacturer defects are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Tiremate website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Tiremate and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Tiremate is not responsible for:
    • Any damage or loss resulting from the use or misuse of tyres.
    • Delays in delivery due to third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Unattended deliveries, once items have been dropped off.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
