At Tiremate Limited (“Tiremate”), we are committed to providing the best service and experience throughout your tyre purchasing journey.
Please note that ensuring the correct size and specifications of tyres rests with the customer. We strongly encourage you to carefully check that the tyres you select are suitable for your vehicle and driving needs before completing your purchase.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

Items must be new and unused, with all original tags and stickers intact.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges.

A handling and restocking fee of 20% plus GST of the original purchase price will apply.

Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged products, unless the issue is due to a manufacturer defect.
If a manufacturer defect is suspected, please notify Tiremate and allow a reasonable timeframe for inspection.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exceptions

Returns are not accepted on sale or clearance items.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

How to Start a Return
To request a return or report an issue, email us at tirematenz@gmail.com with your order details. Please do not send any items before contacting us. We will arrange pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
