Shipping & Mobile Fitting Policy
At TireMate, we aim to make purchasing tyres simple, transparent, and convenient, from online purchase through to delivery or mobile fitting at your location.
📍 Service Area
We currently service the Auckland district only.
Services are available to both residential and commercial addresses.
🚚 Service Options
Customers can choose one of the following options at checkout:
1️. Tyre Delivery Only
Tyres are delivered directly to your designated address.
2️. Mobile Tyre Fitting & Balancing
Tyres are delivered, fitted, and balanced at your chosen location using our mobile tyre fitting service.
🗓️ Service Schedule
- Standard delivery and mobile fitting appointments are carried out on Saturday.
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email where we will agree with you on a suitable Saturday to complete your mobile tyre fitting service.

💲 Delivery Fees (Delivery Only)
- Up to 2 tyres: $40 flat rate (including GST)
- More than 2 tyres: $50 flat rate (including GST)
🔧 Mobile Fitting & Balancing Fees
Mobile fitting and balancing is charged per tyre, with a capped maximum:
- $25 per tyre (Including GST)
- Maximum charge: $125 per booking (5 or more tyres)
Examples:
- 2 tyres → $50
- 3 tyres → $75
- 4 tyres → $100
- 5 or more tyres → $125 (cap applies)
Fitting and balancing fees are clearly shown at checkout when this option is selected.
ℹ️ Additional Information
- No pick-up option is currently available.
- For mobile tyre fitting services, customers must ensure:
- Safe and reasonable access to the vehicle
- Solid, level ground suitable for tyre fitting and balancing
- Locking wheel nut keys are available if applicable
Delivery-Only Orders
- Someone must be present to receive tyres unless unattended delivery is arranged at checkout.
Unattended Delivery
If unattended delivery is selected, tyres may be left at the delivery address.
TireMate is not responsible for loss or damage once delivery has been completed.
⚠️ Failed or Incomplete Service
If delivery or mobile fitting cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address details
- Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions
- No access to the vehicle
- No one present where required
We will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply.
